Arteria is a cosmic fantasy idle RPG that blends magical wonder with eldritch dark fantasy. As an Anchor, a soul of unusual cosmic weight, you are the only one capable of surviving the Unravelingβa chaotic glitch in reality that transforms ordinary sheep into abstract geometry and makes gravity take a holiday.

Core Game Loop
Success in Arteria hinges on the cycle of training and efficiency:
- Gathering: Mine ore, chop logs, fish deep waters, and scavenge debris.
- Crafting: Smelt bars, forge equipment, and brew powerful elixirs.
- Progressing: Unlock new tiers of content, complete story quests, and level up to 99 across all skills.
- Idle Efficiency: Your progress continues even while you sleep, capped at 24 hours for F2P players and 7 days for Patrons.

Random Events & Skill Pets
Arteria features a dynamic Random Event System that directly interacts with your Skilling. Each successful "tick" (when you gain an item or XP) has a chance to trigger various cosmic anomalies, blessings, or attract a rare wandering companion.
The Event Pool
During active or offline skilling, you have a baseline 0.5% chance per successful tick to trigger a Random Event. A minimum cooldown of 60 ticks prevents event spamming.
Skill Pets
Every single training action carries a tiny 0.01% chance (1 in 10,000) to drop a permanent, equippable Skill Pet associated with the skill being trained. Earning one is a mark of true dedication.

Geography of Valdoria
Valdoria is a floating peninsula kingdom roughly the size of Ireland, surrounded by the Shimmering Sea and the endless void beyond. It is the last bastion of stability in an unraveling cosmos.
The Six Major Regions
- The Crownlands: The central hub and location of the player's home and the main market.
- Frostvale: A snowy wonder available during the Voidmas season (December).
- Whispering Woods: An enchanted forest where the trees actually gossip about your training speed.
- Fey Markets: A planar crossover point where otherworldly traders offer bizarre artifacts.
- Scorched Reach: A volcanic wasteland pooling with Voidmire essence. Level 40 required.
- Skyward Peaks: High-altitude mountains that touch the lower Celestial Spires. Level 70 required.
The Unraveling
Each location has a Corruption Level from 0% to 100%. As the Unraveling spreads, physics
cease to function correctly. Community cleansing events are required to keep the collapse from becoming
permanent.
Lore & Narrative
The Cosmic Sneeze
The universe was not created by a grand design, but by an accident. Blibbertooth the Unserious, a being of pure cosmic energy, felt a tickle while observing the primordial void. The resulting sneeze birthed our reality.
This is why magic is unpredictable, why chickens exist, and why the universe doesn't take itself too seriously. However, the Cult of the Serious believes this was a mistake. Led by "The Accountant," they seek to balance the cosmic books and eliminate all absurdityβwhich would effectively delete existence as we know it.
The Story Acts
Act I: The Awakening β You discover your status as an Anchor after surviving a reality-tearing event at the village well. You meet Sir Reginald and begin your training.
Act II: The Cosmic Conspiracy β Travel across Valdoria to stop The Accountant's sub-agents. Encounter the Fey Markets and the Celestial Bureaucracy.
Act III & IV β (Coming Soon) The ultimate choice between Order, Chaos, or the Punchline.
